Industrial Digital Printers for Packaging, Boxes and Short-Run Production
TITAN is designed for direct digital printing on packaging and other absorbent materials.
TITAN and TITAN DOUBLE use HP FI-1000 industrial printhead technology, laser-guided positioning, conveyor-belt material handling and proprietary TICAB PRINT software.
Printing is performed directly from a digital file — without printing plates, clichés, press moulds or conventional pre-press preparation.
Choose the configuration according to your required print width, packaging format and production workflow.

TITAN – Single-Head Digital Packaging Printer

The TICAB TITAN is designed for standard-width packaging, bags, boxes and other products where a print width of up to 297 mm / 11.7 in is sufficient.
Key features:

Print width up to 297 mm / 11.7 in
Full-colour CMYK digital printing
Production speed up to 50 units/min
Up to 90 A4 sheets/min
Printing from 1 piece
Resolution up to 1200 × 1200 dpi

TITAN DOUBLE – Dual-Head Printer for Wider Packaging

TITAN DOUBLE is designed for wider packaging formats and larger graphics.
The system uses two HP FI-1000 printheads working together in a single pass, providing a print width of up to 594 mm / 23.4 in.
This allows larger boxes, bags and packaging sheets to be printed across a wider area without dividing the artwork into separate printing passes.

Print width up to 594 mm / 23.4 in
Full-colour CMYK printing
Digital printing from 1 piece
Printing speed up to 50 units/min

Direct-to-material digital printing
Conveyor-belt feeding

TICAB PRINT proprietary software
The dual-head configuration is particularly suitable for large cardboard boxes, wide paper bags, packaging sheets and other larger-format products.

One Digital Printing System for Short and Custom Runs

Both TITAN configurations are designed to make digital packaging production more flexible.
No plates or clichés
Every job starts from a digital file. There is no need to prepare or replace printing plates when changing artwork.
Print from 1 piece
Produce a single prototype, a personalised package or a production batch on the same machine.
Short-run packaging production
Digital technology makes it practical to handle:
Small-batch packaging
Custom packaging
Personalised boxes and bags
Packaging prototypes
Product samples
Limited editions
Seasonal packaging
Promotional packaging
Multiple designs in one order
On-demand production
Print on demand
Produce packaging when it is ordered instead of maintaining large stocks of pre-printed blanks.
Flexible material handling
The cantilever construction allows different product formats to be positioned under the printhead, including flat and assembled packaging.

Materials and Applications

TICAB TITAN printers can be used for direct printing on a range of absorbent materials:
Paper
Kraft paper
